It’s week 14 and for you season long fantasy football players(not DFS players) your entering your fantasy playoffs.  For Daily Fantasy football players, we are running out of time as there are just a few weekends left to make some money, so lets try to make the most of the last few weeks!

This was an interesting week.  As im watching the games I kept patting myself on the back.  The redzone kep showing guys going off scoring, making big plays and I was like, good thing I picked that guy this week.  After a while I just got the impression that EVERYBODY went off this week LOL.  Some of my best sleeper picks were Mason, Hopkins, K. Allen, the Rams DEF, Stills, Woods

My top DraftKings lineup scored just over 177 fantasy points this week and that is with Julius Thomas not playing getting a zero.  By the time I realized he wasn’t playing it was too late.  I thought I removed him from my lineups when there was the hint of him not playing, but oh well I still placed and got paid.

12/4 8:25 ET Dallas -3.5 At Chicago 51

I know a lot of people like to fade the Thursday contests but this weeks game looks too good to fade. According to the Vegas lines, they see it as a close and high scoring game. This is what us fantasy players love, scoring!  Romo looked a bit off last Thursday but we all know hes been hurt and was playing on a short week.  I think he will have a bounce back week after having 10 days off to recover.   I also think that Dallas will try to protect him by giving us a heavy dose of Murray this week.  Murray should be a solid play this week and if for the price Romo and Dez don’t look bad.. For the Bears Jeffery and Marshall seemed banged up and its hard to tell which on to pick from week to week. I’d avoid both and take a look at Bennett this week.  Not only has he been getting more targets lately, if Marshall and Jefferies are banged up or get hurt, I think they will have to lean on Bennett some more.  Add to that Bennett has something to prove to the Cowboys and they can’t cover TE’s that well. Forte should also be a solid play as well.

12/7 1:00 ET At Miami -3 Baltimore 44.5

I was thinking of fading Baltimore completely this week, but I love the way Forsett has been playing. I don’t like that they are on the road facing a good Miami Defense, but they way the Jets and the Broncos ran all over they the last two weeks gets me thinking about working Forsett into a lineup or two.  The Miami’s Offense on the other hand is in play.. Baltimore has been solid vs the run this season but with Ngata out (he was just suspended for PED’s) and a struggling secondary. Tannehill, Wallace and Landry and Miller are all playable.

12/7 1:00 ET At Cincinnati -3.5 Pittsburgh 47.5

Vegas sees another close and fairly high scoring game. Pittsburgh Defense has not been that great this year, but with the Cinci timeshare at running back this year, I will avoid both Hill and Gio this week. You can start Dalton and Green. The Bengals have been a good Pass Defense this season but against the run….. fire up LeVeon Bell this week.

12/7 1:00 ET Indianapolis -3.5 At Cleveland 50.5

This game got my attention this week for a few reasons.  Who’s starting at QB and RB for the Browns.  With the mid week change by the coaching staff, we can get some good deals if the pricing didn’t take that into account.  I’m assuming that the Browns put Haden on Hilton this week which would open up some interesting options in the Colts Offense. Im really liking Montcrief this week.  He had a big week last week and appears to be getting more targets than Wayne and Nicks. Wayne has become more of a possesion guy and Hilton the go to deep threat covered by Haden, Montcrief makes for an interesting GPP play with high upside. I’d also start Herron as the preferred RB play against a week Browns run defense. The Colts run Defense has been poor on the road. Crowell still seems to be hurt so I would start West at a great bargain. The Browns named Hoyer the starter for this week’s game and FanDuel kept the pricing for Hoyer and Manziel the same at $6700, but on DraftKings Hoyer is $1000 cheaper.  Check out my DraftKings Player selections here. Gordon is a really good play as always.

12/7 1:00 ET Houston -4 At Jacksonville 42.5

I don’t know who was playing offense for the Texans last week but if those guys show up this week you should play them.  Fitzpatrick threw 6 TD’s and Hopkins went off.  Start Fitz, Hopkins and Foster this week as this is a great matchup.

12/7 1:00 ET At Tennessee  PK NY Giants 45

Not many guys I like in this one but the ones I do like should have a good day.   The Titans are a bad team especially against the run (remember what Bell did to them), but they have a pretty good pass defense.   Eli has been a big disappointment yet again last week at Jacksonville but I do like Beckham with all the targets he gets.   Rashad Jennings hasn’t practiced so far this week, so if Jennings is out this week Andre Williams becomes a must play RB punt. For the Titans, Delanie Walker is a solid play.

12/7 1:00 ET At New Orleans -9.5 Carolina 48.5

Star your Saints, I like the New Orleans offense this week! I like Graham to have a big day at home coming off a no show game last week. Brees and Stills stack is a good one and Ingram are all great plays this week. As far as Carolina is concerned, there should be some garbage time scoring from them and Kelvin Benjamin is just the man for the job.

12/7 1:00 ET At Detroit -9.5 Tampa Bay 41

Judging by t the Vegas line on this game they see this as a Detroit blowout. For Detroit, Stafford (ALL IN), Megatron and Joique Bell are all solid plays. Detroit Defense feels like an ALL IN play this week too!

12/7 1:00 ET St. Louis -1.5 At Washington 44

The Rams have a really good Fantasy Defense lately and I’m not sure that McCoy can take advantage of them. I like the Rams D (ALL IN), Mason and Bailey.

12/7 1:00 ET At Minnesota -5.5 NY Jets 40.5

Minnesota Defense is in play for a boring, meaningless game.

12/7 4:05 ET At Denver -10 Buffalo 48

Denver offense is always a strong play at home which means its great for DFS as for as positive matchups are concerned.  Im not paying up for Manning in extreme cold weather or when I don’t think the game will be a shootout or runaway.  So this week the only player that intrigues me here is Julius Thomas. Why?  Because his salary has come down industry wide and he could make a nice value play this week.

12/7 4:05 ET At Arizona -1.5 Kansas City 41.5

No interest in anyone from this game and will probably be a low scoring game.

12/7 4:25 ET San Francisco -7.5 At Oakland 41

I like the 49ers Defense especially the way the Rams totally shut the Raiders down last week..

12/7 4:25 ET At Philadephia -1 Seattle 49

The way Seattle spreads the ball around makes their wide receivers Fantasy useless, no one  I’d be comfortable starting in a DFS lineup. I like Lynch in this game but I would avoid everyone else.  I don’t trust Sanchez in this game and assuming Sherman is on Maclin the only guy I may start this week is  Matthews.

12/7 8:30 ET New England -3 At San Diego 51

Last week I had Keenan Allen as a sleeper play and he went off against the Ravens. This week Ill have to pass on him, as he will be on Revis Island.   Wide receivers have not done well against the pass this season so Im not liking any San Diego WR’s this week.  Gates should get a bump in targets and Floyd as well as  Royal could be very sneaky plays for a GPP game.  Gronk is always in play for me and I like LaFell too.  My favorite play in this game would be Ryan Matthews because his pricing across the industry is fairly low and the Pats give up Fantasy Points to Running Backs..

12/8 8:30 ET At Green Bay -11.5 Atlanta 55.5

I love this game this week!  With its high (O/U) it’s a Daily Fantasy Players dream.  Rodgers, Nelson, Cobb and Lacy are all great plays. Even Adams is playable especially at home. I don’t like the Atlanta offense this week especially a Dome team playing in the cold, maybe Jones.
