FanDuel DFS NHL Hockey Lineup Advice February 6th 2016

Last night’s FanDuel lineups all cashed in thanks in part to some good performances by Kesler 6.7 fpts who I chose instead of Getzlaf, and my value pick on defense Lindholm, 6.8 fpts.  My stud Gaudreau did not live up to his price.  For those of you who are new to daily fantasy hockey or need a refresher, check out our article on how to win money at daily fantasy hockey advice

Tonight we go back to a larger slate of games, so we will have more options to choose from, so lets get started.

FanDuel DFS NHL February 6th 2016 50/50 Lineup

Right Wing Picks

Patric Hornqvist ($6,100) Sidney Crosby has been very hot lately, but now that he is playing on his line, Hornqvist has been putting up some good fantasy numbers. He has points in three straight games, including one goal and three assists. The Panthers are likely to be without defenseman Erik Gudbranson which should mean a better matchup for Hornqvist around the net.  He plays on Pittsburgh’s top line with Crosby and Chris Kunitz and since Evgeni Malkin is out, he is back on the team’s top power-play unit with an injury.

Reilly Smith ($4,700) has been in my lineups on a regular basis as of late.  With his low price, he has provided salary cap relief many times this year and been worth his price. Smith four goals and four assists in the last 6 games.. Smith plays on Florida’s second line and top power-play unit and is worth his $4,700price tag.

I like a few mid to lower priced players today such as Bobby Ryan and Brayden Schenn.   Schenn has been hot and plays on the top power-play unit.  Ehlers ($5,000) is another guy with a good matchup tonight and worth his price.
