DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football: Divisional Lineup Picks
Well, with another week of the football season gone and only a few weeks of daily fantasy football left we move on to the Divisional Round of the playoffs. Last week we saw some good games with some very interesting finishes. If you followed our lineup picks from our newsletter, you proably had some very good winnings in your account this week. The Kansas City Defense was our big winner, scoring 29 fpts, Kirk Cousins 25.36 fpts, Jordon Reed 30, and Antonio Brown 21.9.
If you heeded our warning about Peterson, Hopkins and Baldwin, he did pretty good!

Carson Palmer $6,400 – This week of the QB’s, Palmer gets the best matchup, which is why he provides the best value this week. He is surprising the cheapest of the QB’s from favored teams this week. Green Bay defense has been poor, especially in the secondary. That is probably why Rodgers was taking up all the time he could before snapping the ball in the second half. Kirk Cousins did a good job moving the ball against them last week and I expect Palmer to do the same this week. Besides three good receivers, the Cards have a very good pass catcher out of the backfield in Johnson.
Fitzgerald Toussaint $4,200 – Unfortunately Toussaint gets the a tough matchup against the Broncos this week. With so many unknowns its hard to tell what to do this week. Is Ben playing, is Brown Playing or even Deangelo. I’m guessing Brown and Williams will not play this week and if Ben does suit up I don’t know how effective he will be. Even if this game goes bad for the Steelers (and it will) if Ben can’t throw down the field, I expect Toussaint to get some catches out of the backfield in garbage time and screen plays.
**Lynch Watch – If Lynch doesn’t go this weekend, Christine Michael ($4,600) should see lots of volume for the money.
John Brown $5,200 – Who will cover who for Green Bay that is the question, I’m expecting Shields to cover Floyd most of the game. I do see Brown playing outside and in the slot with that occasional deep shot. This is why I like him this week on draftkings, but I like Floyd on FanDuel.
Jared Abbrederis ($3,000) – It’s the next man up in Green Bay with Davante Adams out this week. Abbrederis looks like he will a WR3 this week and should see an increase in targets.. Last week against the Redskins, Abbrederis was targeted 4 times hauling in 2 of them for 14 yards. Back in Week 15 he went catch all three of his targets for 33 yards (adams 8-5) and week 10 was his best week getting 7 targets and 4 catches for 57 yards. That week Adams was targeted 21 times and in week 15, 8 times. These targets have to go somewhere. Great GPP flyer this week.
Greg Olsen $6,700 – Coming in as the second highest priced tight end this week Olsen offers a great discount off of Gronk to roster an Elite TE. Seattle has had trouble covering tight ends all season. In their previous meeting, Olsen put up 7/131/1 against the Seahawks
Denver $3,900 – No Antonio Brown, No DeAngelo Williams and a hurt Ben Roethlesburger and they are the third highest priced Defense on DraftKings. That sounds like a great deal.
